from 2015 were heard on March 17 and seen around the Horsmeertjes. The first record of Red Kite this year was on 21 March. The bird flew over the Krimbos. The next day, two young White-tailed Eagles flew above the Mokbaai to the north. Finally at De Cocksdorp they cross the Wadden Sea in the direction of Vlieland. Till now only a few records were reported from migrating Black Redstarts. A noteworthy record is a total of more than 100 Icelandic Godwits in the Mokbaai and Petten on 22 March.
