In the last four weeks no rare bird species were seen on Texel. Some Black Storks, Red-necked Phalaropes and a Rosy Starling were the highlights. This is actually the case every year for a few weeks in the summer. In that sense there is a 'dead' season. If you look a little bit wider there is still plenty to see. Both day and night.
