November, from common to rare

The eleventh month of 2023 yielded some interesting species. On the dike at the nature reserve Utopia, two Richard's Pipits stayed for several days. Another surprise was the discovery of a Iceland Gull on the beach near pole 12. This Arctic gull breeds in Greenland and often winters in the Netherlands in small numbers. In the harbor of Oudeschild, a young Black-throated Diver could be admired for several days.
