Until then, we can hopefully still enjoy the lingering Black Guillemot in the harbor of Oudeschild. The little bird is now in full breeding plumage and is displaying courtship behavior towards other species, such as a male Common Eider. The Black-tailed Godwits are also preparing for the breeding season, still often seen in groups, but some are already forming pairs and tentatively beginning their courtship.
